The Sound Harbor team comprises seven dedicated investment professionals who have spent the majority of their careers in credit, capital markets, restructuring and private equity. The firm is led by Michael Zupon and Michael Cerminaro, who worked together at Bank of America and have a working relationship spanning nearly two decades. The investment team is supported by the operational, private equity and reorganization experience of its five Senior Operating Advisors.
