Sound Harbor Partners invests in middle market businesses with strong management teams. We invest in both debt and equity securities to fund balance sheet restructuring needs and strategic growth initiatives. We target individual investments between $10 million and $50 million (larger with partners).
Sound Harbor helps to guide its portfolio companies utilizing traditional private equity disciplines and creditors' rights, such as board seats, observer seats and contractual rights. The firm is led by managers with proven track records and experience developing solutions across the capital structure. The investment team has a broad network of relationships, developed over decades, which offers a differentiated advantage sourcing investment opportunities.
We focus on industries where we have significant experience including consumer, energy, healthcare, industrial and media & telecom. We seek opportunities where our capital, insight and solutions help to unlock shareholder value.
